My Home Group (My Home Constructions)

My Home Group is a Hyderabad-based business group with interests in real estate and cement, led by Dr. Jupally Rameswar Rao. Its real-estate arm is known for large gated communities and high-rise townships such as My Home Bhooja, My Home Avatar and My Home Mangala in Hyderabad, typically planned with generous open spaces and extensive clubhouse amenities.

My Home Anandam Whitefield is the group’s first major project in Bangalore. Planned on about 52.5 acres along SH-35, the Whitefield–Hoskote Road in Kadugodi, it brings the group’s large-format community model to the East Bangalore housing market, with 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes planned across phases. A developer’s brand and track record are useful background, but they do not by themselves confirm land title, approvals or delivery of a new project. Before paying any EOI or token, ask for the promoter entity, the sanctioned plan, land and conversion documents, a legal opinion report and the Karnataka RERA registration, which was reported as awaited in September 2026.
