The Hyderabad developer behind My Home Anandam Whitefield.
My Home Group is a Hyderabad-based business group with interests in real estate and cement. Its real-estate arm is known for large gated communities such as My Home Bhooja, My Home Avatar and My Home Mangala in Hyderabad.
My Home Anandam Whitefield is the group’s first major project in Bangalore – a 52.5-acre township on the Whitefield–Hoskote Road.
A first project in a new city brings a fresh brand to Whitefield, but it also means the developer’s local execution track record is still to be built. Buyers should weigh the group’s Hyderabad delivery history alongside Bangalore-specific checks.
Ask for the legal promoter entity, land and conversion documents, the sanctioned plan and the Karnataka RERA registration. See the developer profile and is it safe to buy.
